Go Fly a Kite!!

Literally

Some poor kid lost his kite to the Cabrillo winds and I managed to get the kite line tangled with one of my lines that was in the water. Managed to salvage it and well......got it to fly

Also managed to get a few pics of a completely restored Angels Gate Light House

That's how we used to fly kites as kids. A lot easier than the string and stick method and a heck of a lot more fun!

Haha...looks like a lot of fun.

I may have to try that with my boys at Irvine next time. When you have a chance put up a "How to Fly a Kite on a Yak" video tutorial with your GoPro.

George and his toys...

Kite a big ass Mac two hundred yds out and watch out! You never know when a Tuna, YT or some other strange creature might venture into the harbor!

Way to stay busy on an otherwise dull day.

Couple weeks ago I took my daughter to fly her kite in the high winds. String broke and the kite was gone. This Saturday with a few mods we went out again haha.. Extreme Kite Flying.. Peen 6/0 with 80lbs . Good times.
