I've gone to the other,other side!

If getting a Hobie is going to the Darkside, then getting a surf kayak must be going to the White Side. Surf being white.
Picked up a used Kaos cheap last weekend and am dying to get in the suds!!

That will be fun in the summer, or now as long as you have a wetsuit available, I think it would be advantagious to the launch and lands while having a blast learning

I concure. My girl loves kayaking but ive totally burned her out on the idea of doing anything even close to fishing. Ive been considering a couple of really cheap sit insides or a tandem just to play around on and pleasure cruise. Is your kaos a sit ontop? If so then get yourself some thigh straps for the barrels and have fun.

Oh phew, for a second there I thought you were going to say you were riding third wheel on the San Fran trip with the big one.

Yak surfing is a blast. I have an OK frenzy that is the shiznit in the surf in fact I've been tempted to take it out fishing. One rod some plastics and pliers
