Speaking from experience, I have to disagree with you. If you don't believe me go to any boat launch the weekend after next and you'll see what I mean. When you're done there go to any place where yakkers launch and you'll see that the amount of idiot to safe boaters is far higher than the amount of idiot yakkers to safe yakkers.
