"I don't believe retail stores make any money off of fishing licenses."

I dont believe they do either, which was why i got it for less..no mark up.

stores log in too, but it was because i bought it there legitimately.was in his records, he remembered me, and in the composition book.i didnt have my carbon. he didnt have the lobster card recorded, but my enhancement & license was thankfully..
