A Red Day at the Harbor

Got to OEX Sunset early Andy couldn't fish this morning and the Yellow 160 wasn't in the rack so I paddled the RED 140 Tarpon instead. Got to say it is as nice to paddle and glides through the water just not as fast as the 160. Trolled a crankbait on the way to the bridge area that got knocked down hard a couple of times though nothing stuck. Started the morning throwing larger baits and the blade with no results so switched back to the Uni Buttered up Reebs and Flukes. The weather was much colder today had to wear the sweatshirt and pants to fight off the chill. Could not find any fish in the shallows found a few on the channel edges.

This giant

This halibut hit the Fluke harder than any of the other fish today

The biggest fish of the day was a sandie that broke off at the kayak
