Malibu kayaks warranty/customer service contact

the webbing of the backing on my xseat was torn while shipping. I was trying to get a hold of them to see replace it. I filed a claim, called and left couple messages, and emailed them. It's been like 3 weeks. If anybody else know how to reach them let me know
