Yellowtail Poke Bowl - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I know a few of you guys are bringing home the bacon, so I suggest
making Yellowtail Poke Bowls!

Our good buddy, Greenjeans scored a nice 44lber at the Alijos Rocks
last week and asked if I could come up with a new recipe.

So I did, I call it the
Alijos Yellowtail Poke Bowl

This recipe teaches you how to make sushi rice, within 15 minutes, and the basics of putting together poke bowls. Learn this and the sky is the limit!

As a side note, it looks like major back surgery for me come June 5. I'll be off the water most of the summer, but still in the kitchen cooking!
