Yellfever11 Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2012 Posts: 135	Lake Skinner I want to fish laker Skinner but can't bc they don't allowed sit on top yaks. I have a PA14 which has been registered with the DMV. My question is.. since my PA is considered as a vessel will they still have a problem with letting me in?
