Where to get custom trailer (or mod) San Diego - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Where's a good place to get either a custom trailer or modifications to a stock trailer, preferably around San Diego county? I'm looking at buying 2 kayaks: A Pro Angler + Outback/Revo and really like the idea of a double decker trailer similar to this. I need something as narrow as possible (50") with a retractable tongue if possible to help with garage space.
