Iceman Administrator Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: 1-2 miles off the point Posts: 6,943	Crystal Cove 7/8 Never even made it there before getting whacked by a thresher off Corona Del Mar in 60 feet. Smacked my fly line mackerel and ate it. Got a couple jumps and to the boat quickly and super green, missed my opportunity to cut it loose and got worked until I had a second opportunity. Water was 64-65 and green, lots of mackerel in 40-55 feet.Sloppy seas in the morning settled down in the afternoon. No other takers. __________________ Last edited by Iceman; 07-08-2015 at 06:03 PM.
