Question for all you current and past Revo owners - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

In the past I use Scotty lock tight rod holders on my old Revo but found that the position was always awkward and the rod always seemed to get in the way of my peddling. I ended up using some extender arms to position the holders outside and away from the kayak, but that too made it feel awkward.

So Question:

What rods holders did you use?

where did you mount them for maximum efficiency?
