For those looking for a really nice FishFinder/GPS unit, West Marine currently has a sale going on and they are going for $449.99. That's a pretty good deal in my book. I have one and couldn't be happier. Also, by buying from WM, you are given great customer service.

I returned a Elite 5 DSI after 3-4 months of use, told them I wasn't satisfied, and they let me return it, upgrade to a HDS-5, and just pay the difference. I would also look at the extended warranty.
