IN short, no fish caught, saw Pacific White Sided Dolphins and a close encouter with two Greys.

Long report.
Water temp 58-59.
Clear blue, easy launch and landing. Occasional 4-6ft swell out in open water but not much at the launch.
Fished from 0600-1200. I was the only person within site. No boats or yaks.
Easy making bait, mostly mini macks.
Trolled a mini mack, dropped fresh dead squid and macks. Yoyo'd every bait ball and possible mark on the finder. No takers.
Had a pretty awesome encounter with two Grey's and a school of 50-100 Pacific White Sided Dolphins doing aerials!!! If you haven't seen them before, you will be in for a treat if you spot them. Very cool show they gave me. The go pro footage of the dolphins didn't turnout well but here's the whale encounter.

Then a $50.00 street parking ticket... 1&3rd Thursday, then 2&4 Thursday, Construction signs everywhere...LJ can be a confusing place for the early morning tired fisherman. I look at as if I spent $50.00 on a whale watching tour
