Not Dead yet...
So a large tug owned by Chevron sinks in rough seas off the coast of Africa. Three days later divers are going through the sunken wreck recovering the bodies of the dead crew and they find this:
Talk about a period of extended fear and anxiety. Stuck, helpless, hypothermic, no food, no water, with only your head and shoulders above water in a small air pocket. Wet, numb with cold, in total darkness surrounded by dead bodies, no hope for rescue, and knowing that with the ship on the bottom it was just a matter of time before something like a small shark, or crustacean came in and started chewing on you. It's amazing that he did asphyxiate but the fear of scavengers, total darkness and the cold water must of been insane to deal with. It's like the rat dream in "Johnny Got His Gun" By Dalton Trumbo. True terror. Probably one of the most terrifying experiences possible. http://www.today.com/news/hes-alive-...ays-2D11687554 |
