Neoprene boots small sizes, cheap - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I work at the Target in Encinitas and we have women's neoprene garden boots. The are just like dive booties. We have them on clearance for $10.78. They are ladies sizes 7,8,9. They are sized large, I can squeeze my size 12 into the size nine. They may fit men's size 10 and down. You would have to try them yourself. I'm not sure if all Targets have them. We may not have them much longer. I'd buy a bunch of pairs if they fit me. Just trying to pass along a deal guys. No commission for me or anything like that.
