Quick and easy Mahi burgers
Disclaimer - There is nothing fancy or special about this meal, it's just a super quick and easy meal for a last minute craving. Enjoy Step 1) Find yourself a nice kelp paddie Preferably, one that is holding fish Step 2) Grab yourself a nice Dorado The method you choose is entirely up to you. Step 3) Filet the fish to a paper thin remnants. Nothing goes to waste. Step 4) Prep~ Gather some of your favorite ingredients. For this burger I combined two of my favorite fish spices. McCormick makes a "Majito Lime" spice I love for dolphin fish, but I cooked it up at the ladies house so I called an audible. I mixxed some pico de gallo in some fresh avocado for a healthy spread (trying to watch the lbs ) I also prefer some fresh sliced cucumber instead of lettuce. It's crunchy and refreshing on a hot filet. Step 5) Should be step 1, but don't forget a nice 12.5% Lost Abbey beer in hand! Step 6) Cook the fish Generously spice the fish and cook on high flame. Siizzzllee!!!! Normally I would grill it, but I wasn't at my house :/ Step 7) Combine and enjoy! I stuck a few slices of pepper jack cheese and piled it high! I actually don't prefer the Brioche Buns we used, I stick to the good ole' super soft potato buns, but the misses insisted. It wasn't terrible but was not as good. Well, there ya have it!
