OK that changes some things...
So you put in multiple reel orders. They sent you a notice saying they were only honoring one. You then called to express your displeasure about the ones they cancelled, and they then after reviewing your orders told you they were cancelling all your orders.
I'd say there is a pretty fair chance that those that got the notices that they will get one reel will in fact get one reel and that now after expressing your displeasure to customer service all your orders will likely be cancelled.
The last thing I'd do is call them especially after hearing about your experience.
