From the I.E. to N.P.H.
What's up everyone. I'm new to this forum having just bought my Malibu Pro Explorer only a few weeks ago.
I went out to NPH on sat. around 10am I spent more time trying to learning how to fish and paddle at the same time than actually trying to catch anything. So I went home rocking the stripe but not bummed at all. Sunday I went out again but this time I got there at 630am and madey way to the mouth of the harbor. It was really smooth out there but the water was really dirty. I ended up with only a few macs on big hammer baits. It was a blast but I need to get a few more things before I make my way out any farther. Seeing some big ass dolfins and sea lions definitely puts in perspective how wild it is out there. I went to lake perris for a few hours just to get on the water. It was a little chilly this morning but I managed a few small bass and one that was in the 4 pound class. On the water by 630 off by 10. I love my kayak and can't wait to post more reports. Hope to see you guys out there. Bent rods. Last edited by Hookedface; 03-27-2013 at 05:53 AM. |
