Do you have recommendation for a charter boat? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

A buddy and I are looking to do a 1/2 day or full day fishing trip the weekend January 5th out of SD. We don't want to do the 50 person cattle boat style fishing. We want a lot less people. And if anyone wants to join, maybe we could get enough people to rent an entire boat and do our own thing. Maybe get a keg!

Any recommendations on boats outta San Diego area?
