Perfect timing...
Just in time for hooping season, a super cool deck hand on a cattle boat passed me 96.4 lbs of Sardines just before he was going to blow the tanks. For free!!
While I would love to have 96.4 lbs of greenies, this will do just fine. Right, dines are good bug bait?  That's the front tub of a Hobie PA 14
