30lbbg2299 Member Join Date: Sep 2012 Posts: 41	where to launch i want to fish la jolla but do not know where to launhc from. i have and ocean kayak two person and i want to do the least amount of padling possible. where is it legal o fish from? i like to fish heavy kelp so any help towards that will be appreciated.
