Cedar Plank cooking of fish

If you have never tried a cedar plank cooked fish you are missing out. I caught some cod and a Calico bass and brought them home for dinner. I soaked the fish in milk all day today, then rinsed them off with water. soaked the cedar plank in water for a couple of hours. Once the grill was hot I placed the plank on the grill to heat up. about 5 minutes later placed the fish on the plank. about 12 minutes on the grill and they were done. They have a very nice cedar smoked flavor.

I don't normally bring home Calico bass but after cooking it like that, I'll bring some home again. That was very nice.
