got my 1st kayak - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Just got a Perception Sport Pescador 12 and here's what it came with:

Tankwell w/ Bungee
Paddle Parks
Flush Mount Rod Holder
Scotty Baitcaster Rod Holder
3.5 lb Anchor Kit

I know I need a comfy seat, a PFD, a radio, a GPS, a paddle(s)... anything else?
My budget like most is very limited, can someone trow out some affordable, yet decent brands to get for what I still need? I won't take her out yet 'til I'm fully prepared to do so.
