Cvaladez2 Member Join Date: Nov 2011 Location: Oceanside Ca Posts: 49	2 ft of 3 or 4 inch black PVC pipe. One end cap. One twist of cap and some motivational 550 cord. Glue caps on. Drill holes all around it and tie 550 cord to it as a leash.
