Drake Guest Posts: n/a	How long can you hold keep your fish for? Picked up rock cod on Friday morning. I'm leaving to go to the East Coast Tuesday-Sunday. I just put the fish in a Salt/Lime/Water seasoning brine. Do you think I should freeze it before I leave or will it still be good when I get back?
