LJ 2/6am

Late launch at 0615 for some sand poundin'. Lowtide, light wind out of the east, water temp 57, water vis 20', and ankle slappers. Bait was tough at the pier, lot's of puddling dines but no macs. Nothing in the tank so I rigged some thawed squid to drag on the bottom.
On my way to the kelp I pick up this little guy...

yo-yoed and tossed plastic for nothing else. Landed at 1030, just before the front came in.
