all dicks sportings goods with fishing departments are dropping these departments from their stores and have everything listed at 50% off and more....just got a bunch of big hammers and heads, hooks, lead, tadys, power pro, Pline and Izor mono, plus a shimano talavera spinning rod to pitch swim baits from the yak in the harbors.


In my haste to grab things and get out...i realized 2 things.


1. the spool of power pro 65lbs i grabbed(last thing of braid they had) is vermillion red. haha needless to say it was only like 15 dollars.

? is...thoughts on red braid?? anyone had any experience with it? anybody interested in taking it off my hands? i really wanted to get Izorline 65lb for my Torium 16 but in my excitement of the situation i caved.

2. The reel selection was shit and i wanted a smaller spinning reel to throw on the talavera i bought. Saw a small abu garcia for 20 bucks and figured what the hell...little did i realize since the reels were all show models and not in boxes that this was a freshwater reel.

Dont do much freshwater fishing and when i do i have my dads setups at my disposal. With that being said....anyone wanna buy this Abu Garcia Cardinal 302i for 20 bucks?



oooooo and they had Eagle Cuda 300 for 69.99 plus the 50% off....andd i think it was the Lowrance X59 for 169.99 plus the 50 off.
