Bass fishing and Jack Daniels...

I went bass fishing the other day and in short order ran out of crawdads for bait.It was about that time I saw Diamondback Rattlesnake with a frog in his mouth he had just caught.Frogs were great bait for big bass so i caught the snake since there was no way he could bite me with a frog halfway down his throat. After removing the frog I realized releasing the snake could be dangerous.I reached into my back pocket and pulled out my jack daniels and poured some down his throat, his eyes soon rolled back and he went limp.He was then released without incident.
The frog was inhaled by a monster bass that went 8# plus on the scale. After a photo and release I was enjoying life with some good sippin whiskey when I felt a nudge at my foot.Looking down, there was the snake but this time he had two frogs in his mouth...
