Lost rod ...

and my mojo. I have read all about the trials of landing for months now, but my first several attempts were dry and no problem since I started in January. Guess that made me too cocky, as my last two landings have been disasters. This includes yesterday, when I finally learned what a garage sale looks like. Lost a rod and reel at the landing - would appreciate notice if anyone finds one. Thanks!

Did at least get some rockfish for the trouble. So, I guess you can't entirely call it a bad day fishing, and I still think it was better than a good day working.
