24 & 1/2 inch halibut caught in Mission Bay 5-10-6
 weight of 4 lb and 4 oz  caught on a Bandit "LA Shad" crankbait  released back into the bay  and eventually swam away  That should be worth 16 points please (15 for release plus 1 for artificial). |
