My first used PA14 came with heavy-duty wheels, tried it once - very laborious. For a short distance may be tolerable, but that was not the case in my area.
I went with the 42cm Wheel Ezz, expensive, but way cheaper than an injured back. Most go with 30cm wheels, but the larger wheels will roll over any indentations in the sand just a little easier.
