Bare necessities!

For my usual La Jolla trips, I pretty much always bring:

1 Nalgene of Water
1 Matte or Tea
2 hardboiled eggs
2 snack bars
ginger or mango chews
1 pack of seeds

During summer months or on longer trips, I pack beer and a sandwich or leftover pizza from Blind Lady Ale House.
