7/29 dorado hunting

No dorado, no tuna, released a yellowtail that I hooked out in 200 feet on the slowtroll WSW. FYI, I veered right from the launch after hearing that bait continued to be tough. Out in front of the pier along the canyon edge I found all I wanted greenbacks, casting the sabiki into the puddlers. A couple dry paddies offshore and little bit of birds balling up, but no boils, no pick ups 72.9 degree blue water. Dorado or bust!
.........A big bull please Killer conditions out there with Jim, Yanni and a few others, love the adventure!
