Questions for the rod builders here
I have a Lipper Evolution Neo Carbon solid carbon rod. The blank is an extremely small diameter, 10 mm at the handle. The rod needs to be completely rebuilt from the handle to the guides. Part of the reel seat has cracked in half.
All of the guides need to be replaced (9). The hook keeper as well. I'm thinking that the handle may be an issue due to the thin diameter of the blank. I don't think it is a blank through handle rod. I really enjoy this rod it has great sensitivity and has a ton of backbone. It is very heavy though. I don't want to break the bank if possible. Please share your thoughts or send a P.M.
