LB Wall Bangin (12.02.13)

Finally decided to visit the Long Beach Breakwall again, with the conditions being pretty good for the day.

Got to the surf pretty late, with a 6ft high tide. Glassy conditions all day with very low wind. Got to the outside wall & lobster traps for Zero biters, did that for 1.5hrs. Moved to the inside wall, and they started chewing. I lost a lot more gear than I usually do due to 12lb leader. Oh well.

Short Calico on the DropShot.

Short Sand Bass on the DropShot.

15in Sand Bass on the DropShot, released.

Came across this Seal feasting on a Shovelnose Shark on the way back in while drifting for Halibut (Video).
