Bad fish in SD BAY

So I've convinced myself that the halibut out at the jetty are better to eat than the halibut all the way in the bay. I've also told myself halibut come in from the ocean, lay their egg and ship back out. I've never seen any evidence of that. Now after this I'm really having second thoughts. All the fish I filet I inspect thoroughly. I've never came across any thing that made me not want to eat my fish from the jetty. Now this big 31 pounder that I caught in the bay, across from the bait barge was a different story. I thawed out a couple of filets tonight and this is what I found in the meat, worms.45.jpg I did not see this when I fileted it. Now I think it's definitely time to start fishing the ocean. It's going to be a learning process, but so was the bay.
