I sent my pants in for some repairs.......the response says it all
Hi Jorge, After inspecting the pants you sent in we have found a warranty issue developing with the fabric. We found the layers of fabric to be delaminating and as a result we’d like to replace these pants under warranty at no charge to you with a brand new pair identical to what you sent in. I will wait until I hear back from you before I place the order for the new pants. Can you also please confirm your phone number in case the courier needs to contact you for any reason.
