Looking for feedback on upgrading bait tank xfactor - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Looking to make the switch from the bait bucket set up to having the plumbing done for the livewell that is preexisting in the newer model xfactor, it's the model with the two center hatches..the forward one can be used as a bait tank. Anyone else done this? Feedback and pros and cons? I have the pump, battery from existing setup, figure that can be repurposed
