Another slow day in LJ...
Had a nice day on the water with my brother Rich. Launched at 645-7 to mild wind and pretty mellow surf. Made no squid, but had some frozen.
Fin bait was plentiful but we left them alone. Sea life was light, no whales, only a few dolphins and average amount of sea lions. Went to chase some rockfish. He got a nice sculpin to take home. Other than that, nada. Got back to the launch, and there was a spear guy with a maybe 25-30# WSB. Heard of a sandbass caught too. Swell is supposed to be really mellow through the weekend. See y'all on the water.
