in seriousness, it's unbelievable how the so called divers do these illegal activities in front of the hoopnet owners.. if it's inside your hoop it's yours and what they are doing is stealing! there should be a law that prohibit the divers to get too close to other's hoop about 50 meters.. DFG needs to be in the water
