WTS Avet LX $130 & Avet SX $120 - Both Never used -
This LX has never been used and has never even been close to water.
I always use my JX 2-speed, so this one went about 2 years without use (i bought it new). after two years of not using it, i decided to be a dumbass and check out the internals to make sure it still had plenty of good grease in there and I must have forgotten which way the drags or washers went in because I got it back together and there is a small amount of tension on the handle when cranking. The free spool is perfect, and the drag is still strong and adjustable, but I think one piece needs to be flipped around internally. It cranks smoothly, it just feels like something is barely touching a drag washer or ??. Since I moved to Idaho, no one up here is familiar with Avets and won't even take a look. SO, if anyone knows how to assemble an Avet, you will get a great price on this reel The handle has a piece of hypalon on it. I used to do this to all my aluminum handle Avets. $130 shipped. ( I have lots of references if needed, Siebler, OEX, Ebay, BD, etc) Bought this SX brand new last year. It has sat in soft reel bag since I bought it. Never used or even been close to water. $120 shipped
