That is one fun set up, I have an outfitter too and love the sail kit for those windy days on Mission Bay.

Is the sail the same size as a Revo's? If so how much for just the sail?

same sail, but I will only sell the sail separate if someone wants the kayak minus the sail and $150...retail is around $320
