Lazy Fishing Dana Point 11-24-10

Wanted to fish today, but I felt a little lazy. So, I strapped my eVolve onto my Pro-Angler and headed out to Dana Point . Bought a scoop of dines (Super Lazy). Went south and I stayed close, because the weather was pretty snotty. Big, confused, mixed swell make for a few "pucker moments". Stiff, cold, offshore wind for the first couple hrs made it decently miserable. Was nice outside once the sun came out. Launched early, came in early to go to work. Only one bite today, not a monsta, but a keeper none the less.

25 ft deep, near Doho
Carolina With Trap
20 lb test
Medium 'Dine

Nice Sunrise

Thanksgiving Chicken

Dinner- Cajun Dill Panko Crusted Halibut, Cheezy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and some some green stuff (Was nice to get a break from all that WSB for a change...)

Happy Thanksgiving All
Steve

PA or PA

Steveo, Your PA looks a bit bigger than my PA. Then again your WSB was a bit bigger than mine as well. Good to see your massive WSB did not satiate your appetite for getting our on the water. I have had my PA in the back of my truck all week as I decided not to go on Monday at 4am with the swell and wind chop. I am in the office this morning and it looks great. I should be out there. Ast am is forecast to be a bit warmer and the swell is gone so I should be a able to get out there and try to find the mate of your WSB that I broke-off that morning. Congrats again on your monster.

Take Care, Kurt
