Thumbs up Big Trout Bigger smiles

Went to irvine with my girlfriend and wrecked shop on these guys all day. I highly recommend taking the kids.

nice haul! what did you use to catch them on?
just curious, why weren't you on a kayak? is it b/c you brought your gf? or does irvine lake not allow for them on the lake?
i have never been there.

Nice stringer FishinReelDeals. I'm tempted to head up from SD and do some trout fishing there.

tagyak, I was just on the website for Irvine lake and it looks like they allow sit on top kayaks.

Plastic Navy had a tournament there a few years back...I think it cost $21 to get in..

i just got a "new" rod from shortstack. itch'n to break the cherry on it. maybe we should plan a trip soon????
maybe we can get big talker, small fisher, stinky matt to come along too? LOL

Caught 2 on a pink Mira shad. Everything else was caught on mini jigs and power worms. Thanks for the awesome rod Keith! I got 4 tails for ya when ya come by.
