no love la jolla - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

woke up at 4:30 am yesterday to head to la jolla. got there around seven and in the water and at lajolla at 8. made bait (maks) and went in search of some

or

. i tried everything in the book. bottom fishing bait fishing iron tossing iron soaking and a squid l0ookin lure with a mak to it. i caught nothing. had fun tho

but im hopin there was something wrong with the fish that day and not me

. came in at around 330. BTW few kayakers out there. anyone have any luck tuesday?

I think the wide open June is giving way to the same old July. Time to work for your catch again, no more 8:30AM landings with two fish
