Drew from OEX Oceanside put me in my first kayak the other day, a Tarpon 140 to be exact. It worked pretty well for me the next day.

Thanks guys, whoever is the recipe master, fill me in on the art of tasty T-shark. BTW Shark taco's were next on the list. If anyone want's to know the best special sauce for fish taco's, it's 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 plain yogurt. Simple, and taste's amazing!

congrats again dude, you went from the shop to pacific coast bait tackle to get it weighed right?

I brought it in to get weighed, but their scale maxed out at 50lbs. I just ended up taking it to the harbor and using the antique looking hanging scale. 85lbs. The guy a the shop there got pissed off at me for "wanting to" weigh a fish because he thought I'd leave blood on the ground. I hadn't even pulled it out of my truck yet. What are scales for? looking pretty! "I cleaned it up"

Not that anyone wants to see cleaning pictures, but yes, I cut the fins off. Seemed like the best way to clean a shark!
