If you are referring to my comment of catching marlin out of Dana Point, that was on my boat 3 years ago. At the time, I was surprised how many we raised trolling the jigs between the 14 mile bank and Dana Point. I had been told how hard they are to catch off Southern California, but from what I saw the last couple of years, I observed the opposite.
