Yea Martin, good times too bad it was so cold and the weather sucked! Brian from Newport Beach won with a 40# WSB, very cool fish. That kid of yours really likes fishing I can tell! He seemed to be having a blast on the water even though it was a washing machine out there that day!

Posting this for Kiyo ,

There was 33 tournament anglers and we launched at 5am. Conditions were windy, cold with some swells. Only one WSB was weighed in and it was by Brian (Triple Limits!) Swanson. Brian was the last one in the water and the first one out. Congrats on that 38lb. 13oz. WSB Brian!! and $695.00 for beer for the MDR Halibut Derby!

Who made those Chocoate Chip Cookies?

Our next tournament in April will be in Newport Beach. (Halibut only)
