Bait tank pump

Any suggestions on GPH for a 5 gallon bait tank? Does the pump usually need priming if I install through the scupper hole?

quick stab at the 1st question: 360gph should get er done.

I have no idea on the 2nd question..but as it will most likely be a bilge pump you use, my guess is that the answer is "no". Good luck.

If the pump itself is above the water line, it will need to be primed. 360 or 500 with either a 6 volt battery or 12 volt with a timer switch.
