Giving up the soy sauce.
Even tho my ratio was 3parts water to one part soy. Found this great tasting recipe and simple You don?t have to use a blender but I do because it's quicker and the pulp adds favor 2 oranges One lemon Garlic cloves 1 or 2 ect Ginger 🫚 as much as you like 2 or 3 tbs olive oil mix Sesame seeds black pepper. Marinate steaks a minimum of 2 hours Or longer pack on the Sesame seed and black pepper Heat skillet add oil sear 1min on both sides I used olive 🫒 oil and it came out perfect.

I don't see why this simple recipe wouldn't work on any fish you have reel healthy My sentiments to you go fishing if your not eating fish at least once a week 👍

Sambal oelek is my go to sauce....
No added sugar use it on everything for alittle extra favor
Can't find it in alot of stores anymore so I ordered some on line. Even the burnt sesame seed taste good. BTW RED Chile is good for the heart ❤️ I know people that use cayenne pepper every day for the health factor
