Giving up the soy sauce.

To much sodium makes you retain water swelling ect.
Even tho my ratio was 3parts water to one part soy.
Found this great tasting recipe and simple
You don?t have to use a blender but I do because it's quicker and the pulp adds favor
2 oranges
One lemon
Garlic cloves 1 or 2 ect
Ginger 🫚 as much as you like
2 or 3 tbs olive oil mix
Sesame seeds black pepper.

Marinate steaks a minimum of 2 hours
Or longer pack on the Sesame seed and black pepper
Heat skillet add oil sear 1min on both sides
I used olive 🫒 oil and it came out perfect.

I ended up using the marinate twice

I don't see why this simple recipe wouldn't work on any fish you have reel healthy
My sentiments to you go fishing if your not eating fish at least once a week 👍

Sambal oelek is my go to sauce....

No added sugar use it on everything for alittle extra favor
Can't find it in alot of stores anymore so I ordered some on line. Even the burnt sesame seed taste good.
BTW RED Chile is good for the heart ❤️
I know people that use cayenne pepper every day for the health factor
